engine monitoing system

ive been looking at measuring my intake air temp to do a thread about the intake temp difference between stock air box, and "cai" . while looking at gauges, i decided that a oil temp gauge would be nice to. so i was wondering if there are any engine monitoring systems that would hook up to the ecu and tell me all the good stuff, like oil pressure, intake air temp, fuel pressure, coolant temp ect. ect, without littering the cab with gauges.. i was looking at the bullydog "watchdog" system. but its not compatible with audis. is there anything comparable to this system for audis? i have looked into the vagtech cable. and as far as i understood, i would need a laptop hooked up to be able to view gauges. thanks in advance guys

I just use my phone with the Torque app and a bluetooth OBD plug in. It has most of the stuff you want to monitor in either a standard gauge looking format or in a bank of raw data. I just used it to monitor my trans. temp while I was replacing the fluid.

I have one of these:

There are slimmer ones now (I bought that one several years ago) but be wary of some of them. I bought one of the slim ones and it won't connect with any of my OBD cars. Only $10 but kind of annoying.
