Does anyone know if an Euro A6 Xenon light assembly is a plug and play swap with an USA allroad with standard halogen lights? ie, is the wiring compatible? There are a couple of sets available on Ebay Deutschland.

I would request some pictures of where the wiring housing plugs in. It should be the same oval shaped wiring harness.

I've looked at most of those sets as well. They look exactly the same. The only difference was the amber (or lack of) corner marker. Different requirements in Europe.

I recently installed OEM xenon housing (bulbs, ballasts, optics/projectors etc) into my A6 - which originally came with the crummy halogen set up. It was pure plug and play.

Make sure these guys will ship to the USA. You can use freetranslation.com to send them a message in their appropriate language.

Ebay. $250 for each complete housing. Both were nearly brand new too.
