Default Finer things (hope you enjoy the pics)

Cross posting, for those who would enjoy the pictures.

All stainless 304, # inch .60 wall thickness tubing, (Aftermarket uses .030 wall typically,and even the stock systems use the thinner material. The thinner the wall, the more you'll fight resonance) the thicker material removes the "tin" sound that the mass produced systems often encounter.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/35288/dsa4-018.jpg">
#4 .060 wall holow tubing mounts, all drilled, clipped, and safety wired, and tig welded. (All our systems come this way)
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/35288/dsa4-025.jpg"> Mid mount is gusseted for extra strength.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/35288/dsa4-029.jpg"> for the catback, we feature an anti reversion "dual step" in our transition. This is less important with a forced induction environment, but we feel its worth the extra effort to provide the best results.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/35288/dsa4-034.jpg"> Every weld on our systems is Tig. We cut NO corners anywhere. "Exhausts as art". Hope you guys enjoy the pics.

WE do ALLROADS too. ('cept, Milpitas') ;-)

Default Sweet! Would you sell mufflers alone?

I know, it's insulting... but I have a spare stock system that needs new muffs. =)

Any flow/noise data to compare your (catback) system to stock?

Default Re: Pricing?

The local GM cut me a deal for my AR 4.2, and here is ( with all the options except nvg.)1k over the invoice price plus the ads. fee. A good number?

Default man, what's up with the "home decoration" jibes?

Did I log on to the "home Depot" forum?
