suck. I don't even want to read the nation averages as the Bay Area is astronomical.

Default There is a level of relativity in this case.

I pay $2.70 per gallon for 91 octane. That would equate to what, $3.50-$4.00 for 93 or 94 octane? Close to European costs.

Default Just got back from the UK. £0.82 per litre which is close to $5.75 per US gallon....

if my math is correct. That is seriously expensive and the diesel is getting up there too, even considering the better MPG. No wonder they tend to drive small cars with smaller engines - funny, I spotted an A6 1.8T over there - that would seem to be very underpowered.

Default Re: gas Prices

Visited UK and borrowed my brother's Range Rover. It gets 12 mpg, at about $6 per gallon, =50cents a mile for gas. When I got back I was filling my car at $2.20 per gallon and I couldn't stop smiling!

http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/83165/img_3934.jpg</a
