<b>If you are in:</b>

+ We already received the signed confirmations by mail of most of you, if you have not sent them yet go to this link:

Print this form and fax it to 954-217-2192 ATT: Sportec GB. We need this by tomorrow in order for you to receive the special pricing.

+ Tomorrow November 30th we will deposit the cashier's checks and charge credit cards for the 25% GB Deposit. This is 25% of the wheels. If you are ordering tires we do not ask for deposit on the tires (because you can change your mind anytime before ship date about your tire choice).
