Has anyone here successfully integrated a V60 into their Bose system?
 

I have a 99.5 avant and I'm trying to do this, have read all I can find, but no mention of anyone with an avant and Bose doing this.

Can I use the factory B pillar speaker and factory mic?

Do I need to purchase an antenna, or is there a cell antenna available?

In general, I'd like to incorporate as much functionality and original 'Audi' equipment as possible, including the auto mute of the stereo as well as the mic and speaker.

Any guidance on this would be much appreciated. I do have PaulW's FAQ already printed out from his A8 application.

Nope requires external speaker, you can still mute

Supposed to be a dedicated external speaker in the B pillar w/Bose
 

whether you have the phone or not.

I have not pried it apart to see whether that's true. I was hoping not to if I can get some confirmation of "tap into this pin on the wiring harness and you are powering that speaker in the B pillar"

and

"the other pin picks up the mic in the headliner".

Anyone???
