Have decided that its time to move on and get another car so........
returned the Honda Odessey and leased a 09 Subaru Forester XT for the wifey.
The Audi is staying of course cause NO ONE WANTS TO BUY IT. Audi ar is great but all those little gremlins are getting to be expensive.
Couldnt sell the ar so returned the 06 Honda Odessey after 3 yrs and 31k miles. GREAT CAR.
Wife liked the Forester so went on line and almost bought the little 4 banger 178hp until I saw the 2.5 Turbo. Payments only $12 more and down was only $20 more so went picked it up and done deal. No pics yet but its a Pearl White with gray interior and gets pretty good milage.
Anyone want to buy an extra ar? 02 ar w/70k, alpeka, w/parktronic, heated seats f/r. Great shape?

Maintenence costs are almost always ALOT less than the cost of a new one.
Your ar has only 70K? You should be able to get at least 150K w/o any major expenses, except perhaps a tranny torque converter.

I have the Forester XT as well and it can't be compared to the allroad.
Fine example of the difference between German engineering and Japanese. But that said, it gets the job done. And it's nice to be able to abuse a bit and not really care.

Heh, my 2002 just turned 50k. I've got 2 more yrs left on the extended warranty...
I'm stil deciding what to do when the warranty is up. I probably can't get another warranty at that point, so I'll likely attempt to sell it for "something" at that time. Too bad though, I'd happy keep this car for another half dozen years. There's just nothing comparable out there.
