I'm doing so much more investing since I have not had a car payment for years. It is disappointing that there are no big Audi's with manual trans but perhaps I am better off not being tempted to buy another really expensive family car.

The C5 version of the S6 Avant was sold here when there was no real equivalent. Now M-B sells the wagon version of the E55 in the States, and spy photos have caught BMW testing what looks like an M5 "Touring", although its not known if that would be available here. You would think Audi would want to be well-represented in this thawing US market... unless we're getting an RS6 Avant???
