Hay hoosier.allroad , why did Audi replace your 2001 AR???
Sorry to get your attention this way but in a previous thread you mentioned that you had a replacment issue. I have a new 03 AR and my tranny needed replacing in 48 hours so I am trying to get a new AR. Your experience in this matter would be greatly appricated!

the laws differ by state, but most states have language that specifies a certain number of returns for the same service (usually 4) or exceeding a number of days in the shop for service (usually 30).

What doe's Audi do with these vehicles
I purchased a 2001 used with 10k and have had a few issues. I asked my dealer based on the vin# what problems has this vehicle had in the past. He mentioned a full gauge/dash replacement and would let me know about the other service codes. When I took it in for the ESP, Y boot problems he informed me that the dealer is being evasive about the other service issue's.
