Guy says he will couple the wheel with a Nexen N3000 tire. I never heard of them. Also, he claims these wheels do not need spacers. Whole package: about $1,000. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

they don't seem to list the offset on the description. Chances are you will need spacers to use on the allroad. I purchased my 18x8.5 RS6 replicas from Lakeshore wheel & tire for $749 shipped to my door. The finish on these wheels seems to be nicer than the Disc Tire RS6 replicas I purchased before on my previous allroad. I also purchased 15mm H&R spacers and 40mm lugs. I would have preferred the Hartmann spacers but they were out of stock. I tested the H&R spacers on my wheels and they fit nice and flush so it should work out.

I wouldn't buy Nexen brand tires - who knows what they are. Stick with a name brand and a specific tire which is known to be good based on testing and feedback. Go to TireRack.com and also 1010tires.com and read some reviews of tires. You will need a 245/45/18. I just bought the BF Goodrich KDW2 and a set of Voxx wheels in 20 offset from Discounttiredirect.com.
