Ha. Only in Europe. Can't do this in America without getting arrested.
In the US there'd be a full coverage steel cage to protect you from yourself.
This picture's a good statement against our overly litigious society where lack of personal responsibility for one's actions (and for the potential results from excellently silly behavior such as this) rules.
