Thank you for the kind words. Actually all these mods are thanks to this great forum. When I got started modding (and the RS6 wheels were first) I had no idea all this stuff was possible and it was all thanks to Audiworld - so everyone here that helped thank you.

The boost gauge mod I love and i do wonder why audi removed the boost gauge pressure readout from their cars (I had a 1986 5000CS Quattro that had boost as an option in what was the DIS then)

The car is and has been a great car (whith the usual problems - airbags, front radiator fan) and I love it. Its a shame that Audi has forgotten that there is no other all purpose go fast family wagon out there short of a MB e55.

Kudos to the audiworld members. - Thanks again for getting the car to where it is today.

The gauge was $270 and install was $200 - I did not want to do this myself.

Hey Bob,
I have an '02 6 spd Allroad and I bought a kit from someone in Germany for having an in-dash display for a V-1 radar detector. Turns out it only works for the 2000 and 2001 models so it's never been used. I tried installing it but it nothing happened so it was immediately taken out. If you're interested in this item, I may be willing to part with it. I have used my Valentine detector for about 3 years now and wouldn't leave home without it but I have to use a remote mounted on the steering column which isn't nearly as cool as having it in the controls in the dash.
Am currently in Vancouver but will be back in Louisiana in a couple of days and that's where I have kept the item. Don't see many people with 6 spd 01 Allroads who may be interested but looked liike you may be one of them.
Cheers,
John.
