I picked up some used BBS RC's a few months back. I'm thinking the wheels will shed approx. 10Lbs per corner.
Suggestions.

There is really not much you can do w/o destroying the looks....unless you got $$$$$$$ to spend on Carbon Fiber everything, doors, hood, panels ;-)
Check the trunk area, I replaced the spare wheel with a bottle of Fix-a-Flat for example.

Put in coilovers and remove all air suspension related components.
Replace spare and jack with phone number to flatbed truck. Install minimal catback exhaust plus piggify your DPs. Remove cargo cover, doggie fence, cargo floor cover, rear headrests, back seat bottom? Beyond that you have to start making huge compromises: remove packing in rear cargo area, remove roof rack, remove carpeting, remove headliner, remove A/C system, etc.

Start with the lousy excuse for a spare tire.
Keep the air pump, ditch the tire and wheel. Take out the heavy rear cover and dog net.
Pull off all the plastic covering the engine.
Thenk like allroad2001 says, see wo is making aftermarket Carbon Fiber parts to replace the the hood.
