If the AllRoad were only 6000 pounds GVRW

I would have bought one instead of a VW Touareg! I really like my t-reg, and the tax write off is going to be a huge help for business this year. However there are lots of little things that are beginning to bother me. The largest complaint of all is VW service!!!

It has taken them almost a month to get a part in stock. The part was an airbag for the side impact airbag system. Since the current one was faulting, I had to take the t-reg in every day to have the fault light turned off. Something that stopped rather quickly due to days when I got a VW mechanic who felt like "seeing what HE could do for me". I spent several hours sitting in the local VW service lounge missing several important meetings for one lousy part. You would think if VW was so enlightened to build a $53,000.00 car (retail), they would be enlightened enough to train a more knowledgeable and courteous service staff!

When is Audi going to bump up the weight on these things? As soon as the GVRW hits 6000 pounds you'll find another Touareg on e-bay.

Thanks,
Brad

Heh, I'd rather it were 3000 lb. Then it would handle better and be faster.

As soon as they get rid of that asinine law & the one for "alt. fuel" we'll be alot better off!

I would say at least 40% of the reason I purchase audis is the service I get from my dealer.

hands down.
