Hello Everyone,

I am having a problems with phone conversations, where when I make or receive calls the system seems to be muting the speakers. In other words, when I am talking to someone on the phone in my car via cell to cell, or cell to land line. They can hear me in the car, but I can’t hear them. If I call them back, it works for a bit then mutes the speakers. Also Volume up/down doesn’t seems to help.

This seems to be intermittent and doesn’t always do this.

I recently change out the Bluetooth module to see if the device was the problem. I installed the newer module # 8P1862336A, but the problem remains. I am using the RNS-E mkII (193) model in my ’03 Allroad.

If anyone can advise, please!!
