I have the pleasure to announce, that for all of your VW needs, i'm starting my new job as a salesman at New Country Volkswagen in Greenwich, CT on Monday, November 1st! As i am unexperienced and new to selling cars, i'm sure i will be able to get you all the deals you want (hey, who knows, i might even be able to get you a deal on Audis, as the two dealerships are virtually one big VW/Audi dealership)!

We are giving up on the GTI-337. and putting it up on the block we already have substantial offers from people who want to compete with her on the track. Its Alex's 18th B'day next month. and he is pulling great grades at Hartford.

2001 allroad, 2001.5 Passat (now gone) and 2005 A4 3.0. We have our servicing done there also. I have always been pleased with the sales and service people, but it is good to know that we have a friend on the inside now.

Weather its the R32 or an EVO or and STI... The GTI will be sold. My son not only paid for half of it ($10,000.00) he also put in 90% of the cost of the mods ($6000.00) My wife and I paid the other $10K and about $2K in repairs and mods. So the GTI will be sold.. probably $23K, our back up 97 Jetta (5th car, 4 drivers) with 51k Miles will be sold...$5-6. I'll save $3000.00 right of the bat by selling the Jetta and not having a 5th car on insurance. PLUS.. my wife and I will stop getting the calls at 1AM..."The car broke again"...priceless.

I'm not father of the year... I just need som sanity back and to help him keep is mind on school and girls and not the car...

PS... Rule # 1 NO MODS!!!!!!! (yeah right)
