Default Just got the Michelin X-Ice put on...

The 6 speed. Well those tires are 10x better than the ContiPremierContact on the dry and so much smoother(quiet). I thought I had a bad wheel bearing, but it was those ContiPremier which were driving me crazy. Just one piece of advice. Never, ever put the ContiPremierContact on your ar. They are just bad tires, don't hold the road in tight turns and bad in rainy conditions...... They came with the car when I bought it CPO. Should have put a set of Falkens on at that them.....

Default Glad to hear it was tires and not the wheel bearings. Tires can

cause so many seemingly problems. You're lucky you have 2 cars that you can switch wheels with :-).. BTW thanks for dinner had a great time.

Default Congrats! The X-Ice is a great all-around winter tire.

I liked the Falkens for a 3-season tire, except for the rapid wear if you don't keep 'em pumped up. I've heard few good things about Conti's.

Default It depends on the type of Conti...

I like the ContiExtremeContact.... but not the PremierContact. Yes the Falkens are great but the wear is rapid....
