Default Just got my 2nd allroad - a 2002 in Alpaka Beige

Just wanted to say hello to everyone on the board! I'm happy to be an allroad owner again. This one is a 2002 in Beige w/6 spd manual. I am planning to do some upgrades, and mods, so I will keep everyone posted. I'll get some pics up when i get a chance. Here in Fremont, near San Fran. Any other allroad owners near by?

Start with Nav, and some sound upgrades, but eventually will get to the real performance stuff. MTM chip & exhaust, and maybe K04's in the future. I had an S4 w/an MTM chip - made a huge difference.

I bought it at Livermoore Audi. 30kmi, in mint condition (not even any scratches) w/CPO for just under 30k. Has cold weather, park assist, most other options. The car was locally owned, and traded in. Maybe not the best deal, but I love the car!

Default Conrgads... IIRC.. the MTM for the allroad has some glitches..

I read it on the forums.. but can't remember who, what, where, when and why.

Both the ABR--flash and the GIAC are without problem. And the GIAC has other programs to accomodate larget turbos and injectors too.

Have fun..

Default Hello from across the bay

I'm in Los Altos. Glad to see another performance-minded allroader in the area. If you want to try out GIAC chippage, I'd be glad to help. :^) There are also K04s in my plans for this spring.

On the nav, look for a poster in this forum named uber_ar. He runs www.smartphonedepot.com, a cell-phone accessory/handfree-kit business. Maybe he can get you a good price on the nav unit.... I don't know for sure, I'm just pimpin' for my friend. He's a really good guy, as well as a fellow alroader.
