Have 2002 Allroad and went swimming w remote in pocket. Tried to dryout in rice bowl, no luck. I found a couple of places to buy the Fob w key and chip on line. Remoteremote.com in NJ seems legit.
Does anyone have experience with these guys or another recommendation.
Also, As I still have the original key top head with the key cut to fit the car, can I just switch this part out with the new electronic remote parts, or do I need to cut the new blank blade that came with the new remote?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
