Lemon law help, If i choose a legal firm to help with my case, how do they get paid?(more)
dumb question, buy i heard that manufacturers must handle the legal fees under the lemon laws. I live in ohio and am considering using the lemon law for the 65mph shudder/wobble on my '03 allroad. Assuming audi agrees to exchange the car, how does the legal firm i use get payed? thanks

they will get $2500 from vw of america and and most probably around $2000 from you.

If you have a good case the law firm will only charge you for fees
I had a settlement on an A8 at the begining of this year. Audi paid the law firm directly in the settlement. The law firm thought my case was sound enough to represent me despite the risk that if they lost they wouldn't get paid. In my case Audi was extremely generous and I was impressed with how they stood behind their product. Now I drive a new ar and anxiously await news on the next xS8.
Your best bet is to find a proffesional lawyer, avoid anyone that is going to try and take Audi to the cleaners.

how bad is the wobble, they all have a slight vibration at highway speeds, but it is very slight. i think tires other than allroad tires is the answer.
