Default radio has no power after replacing the battery.

2002 Audi TT 1.8 225. My car radio has no power following a battery change, whilst changing I did touch the live cable to the battery negative terminal or negative cable to live terminal resulting in a spark. The readio fuse in the main fuse box was changed with no luck. That is where my automotive expertise ends and have no idea. I have read that there is a fuse behind the radio so I pulled the radio out but couldn't see a fuse. Help, a car without music is like a car with flat tyres, driveable but not enjoyable
