Default LULU Update........

SPoke to the dealer's service dispatcher today. They are reassembling the turbos and putting the engine back in. They intend on road testing and washing it this afternoon.

I just washed the Pontiac Grand Prix loaner. (First wash in 4000 miles) so it will look nice for enterprise. I'm hopefull for today, but it could just as easily be tomorrow.

Default breathe...breathe..stay calm

Congrats. Take a note pad and pen to list all your little questions and concerns. Might be good to let your service writer know you'll be saving these items up and will be in touch in a week.

My pet peeve after subframe assembly is cross-camber. The Audi specs say camber can differ from one front wheel to another by up to one degree. The car needs to be within a tenth or two to feel right, for me. I end up paying a good front-end shop to tweak the dealer's work. They've also pointed out things that were wearing out in the front end (control-arm bushings). Once the dealer was shown these items, they were happy to bill Audi for warranty work, but they wouldn't go looking for stuff like this on their own.

Enjoy LULU-
