Massive LF Wheel shudder while braking
Any help w/ this appreciated as the car is about to go for regular service.
Twice since owning my allroad this has happened. While braking moderately (coming to a toll booth) it appears the LF tire has hit something slippery and triggered ABS. But, the whole wheel shudders and hops, vibrating the entire car. Could this be more than circumstantial? I've felt the ABS other times (on snow) and it seems fine. Car seems to ride and handle perfect too.
Happen to anyone? Thoughts?
