Default Memory Seats

I've recently purchased a used 2001 allroad. I can't seem to get the driver's side seat memory to work. Any thoughts before I drag it into the dealership for a warranty repair?

Make sure the red "stop" button is depressed.

Default Loose Connection

My seats did not work properly ex the factory. The seat position would change all the time. My problem was sourced to a connection below the steering wheel(inside the cowl) where they found that the connection to the memory steering wheel was loose/disconnected.

Tried that, but no luck.

Tried that, but I don't think I'm screwing up because I can work the passenger side memory. Maybe it's a loose connection or a computer issue, but I was hoping maybe it was just a blown fuse which would be a quick fix. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which fuse controls the seat.
