This is getting good! Now the car looks and sounds sweeeet. Yesterday, the used MTM exhaust that I bought from Aaron went on. I'm happy now that I spent what seems like so much money on this mod. I figured if Milpitas found it worthwhile, that was good enough for me. ;^) Butt dyno says there's a good power increase, and the wallet dyno (I spent big bucks, so it must be a good mod) is sure of it. It is easily noticable, so Tory's dyno figures of 15-20 whp are probably about right for MTM, too. The stock pipes are 50 mm, while these are 60 mm. That's a 44% increase in area. It sounds great, too, on the quiet end of things. At idle, there's a quiet hum, kinda nice. At WOT, it's louder than stock, but still pretty subdued. A smooth, mellow tone, no shrieking. I'd love it to be louder occasionally, but I wouldn't want to live with a loud exhaust every day.
Then my UPS girl (she's the one in the photo's you've seen on AWOT) delivered spacers and bolts for the 18" silver Superleggeras that showed up last week. So, this morning I played hooky from work and threw the wheels on the car.

I was desperate for anthracite wheels, but missed out. Now I'm happy that happened. These wheels look great to me, and I think I'd need to paint the lower door trim to match any darker wheel. S-03's are a bit greasy at first, so I haven't pushed it yet. The ride is somewhat harsher, as expected.

ET35 wheels and 15 mm spacers fit great, just like Mr. fltri (that's yzf to his friends) said they would. They fill the wheel well nicely. You can also see the only apparent difference of the MTM exhaust: the bigger tips. Very manly, don't you think?
<img src="http://www.speakeasy.net/~danf/puny rears.jpg">
The only bummer here is that the rear brakes told me they feel completely puny rattling around in these big wheels. Apparently, Civic brakes were pointing and laughing. :^( They are now demanding their share of the mod love. Oh well. They'll have to wait till next month.

Nope they don't work.. Need bigger spokes, but I'll take them off your hands for my S4:)
They told me they didn't have any 5x112, so not sure how they managed to get you some, DAMNIT!

May have been a lone set.
The boxes said Matt Tuner Silver (official name for anthracite). Also, I ordered them over three weeks ago. Shall I drive by your work so you can see them in person??? ;^P
