morning fun with another BMW genius
driving to work doing 40 in a 40mph zone and 545i (with rear spoiler) pulls out in front of me from driveway and makes no effort to accelerate to the spd limit. Rather he stays slow and looks in the rearview and raises his hands as if to ask "where`re you going?" I respond by making same motion -- "why are you going so slowly?" he proceeds to make "slow down" motions with his hand. I respond by pumping my hands up as if to say "can we please do the limit?"
Of course he then resorts with the universal middle finger salute (with his kids in the car btw -- a truly classy BMW driver) to which I applaud wildly. This always pisses them off. so what does he do?
slows way down and before his car stops actually opens his door as if he`s going to get out (hard to do while moving). Only by this time my APR upgraded 4.2 in sport mode has delivered me around his sorry-***, lazy-brain yuppy-mobile and way down the road while a line of cars behind said BMW is now stuck behind this genius who is standing in the middle of the road trying to figure out what to do with himself...

Where was this? I had a BMW idiot do the exact same thing to me a few weeks back. Pulls out of driveway RIGHT in front of me and then proceeds along at 20 in a 40 zone. Finally he pulls over a little and the UrS did it's thing.

There is a solution but it would require some preparation on your end...
for these kind of drivers, prepare a readable sign, one for BMW and one for MB that reads "Would you please move your Bavarian Taxi cab?", or German Taxi for MB's.....works every time ;-)

I have learned long ago that you have to share the road with complete morons. Best to give them
space and patience and continue on your way. Remember that one day you might be the old guy behind the wheel doing the same thing.
