Default Need Help - Stage III turbo kit for 2.7t with tiptronic (stage III minus)???

It happened again, first time at 33000 miles and now again at 82000 miles. One of my Turbos popped! KO3s are definate POS. I need some help , and any information would be greatly appreciated. I was talking to an indy and he refered to a Stage III- (minus) that is less powerfull than a standard Stage III which apparently is a bit much for the tiptronic transmission, which I have heard. I do not plan to turn this thing into a race car, but I am out of warranty, and its time for an upgrade.

If anybody has any information about a workable KO4 kit that is Titronic friendly I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Default I would think that to keep the power down for the tip, you could just run

KO4's with a manual boost controller. if you limit the boost enough with the MBC you might not even need to do a fueling kit. just the KO4s and some stage I or II software. probably will need some lemi tweaks to get the air/fuel right but then you should be good to go.

Default look for any K04 kit and to GIAC for the stg 3- software for tips

you will need
+ A real 5bar Bosch MS Fuel Pressure Regulator.
+ K-04 turbos

<a href="http://www.giacusa.com/programs.php?mpid=213">and this software</a>

and even with the "minus" software, I would not expect the tip to last too long...

Default you could also find the cause of your blow...

1 at 30K.. I've been there...but another 50K later?

Same Side as the first? Were both replaced the first time?

Default according to warranty paperwork, yes, both, but considering the dealer, not certain.

at the time both Audi dealers here in Houston were owned/operated by the same parent company, their managment style left a lot to be desired, watched a lot of good techs leave, and the basic attitude of managment was one of smugness. there is a third Audi dealer now. But since I am out of warranty I will most likely use an Indy for repairs this time.
