Default I'll go first

1) Intermittant rattle, in the dash, returned to dealer. Could not reproduce. Still there, getting worse.

2) Vibration, in Pass side door pocket when radio is played above whisper, returned to dealer. Could not reproduce. Complained, dealer odered new pocket, forgot about me. Glued door pocket shut. Partially resolved.

3) Pop, in clutch pedal and then sticking. returned to dealer , Could not reproduce. returned twice more. Third time test drive, tech noticed pop, replaced entire clutch system. Pop gone.

4) Rattle, tailgate, adjusted latch myself. rattle gone.

5)Rattle and vibration, tailgate. Emergency triangle pocket. Stuffed with rag. rattle and vibe gone.

6) Intermitant rattle, cargo area. Access pockets loose. Stuffed with rags and shimmed latches with matchbook covers. Rattles gone.

7) Squeek, rear seat area, See previous post. Not resolved at this time.

8)Banging , under engine, Belly pan banging on frame. Tried to shim with rubber, twice. Finally drilled holes and bolted pan to subframe. Bangin gone.

9) Popping, drivers seat. Returned to dealer. Could not reproduce. Returned to dealer again, sent to uphulstry shop. Disassembled seat to insert felt in frame. Popping still there. Returned again, ETC. Popping gone but seat cover not installed correctly and steering wheel cut. Dealer replaced steering wheel.

10) Rattle, shifter. Not resolved at this time.

11) Rattle, Seatbelt adjusters in B post. Shimmed with matchbook covers. Rattles gone.

12) Squeek, in B posts, outside rubber trim. Treated rubber with protectorant on hand. Temporary resolutionn as noise returns after a couple of wasshings or change in Temp.

13) Banging, rear bumper. Shimmed lower portion of bumper between tow hook and bumper with rubber hose. Banging gone.

Default That's quite a list

I enjoyed reading those... you're pretty dedicated to making your ar the quiet stealth Q-ship that it appears to be. I too have a rear hatch rattle that occurs only when one side of the car hits a bump and I guess torques the frame a bit. Either that or the whole chassis is about to separate from the wheels. Maybe some gorilla glue 'll fix it.
