Default Not ready for Emission test

My 2003 Allroad was not able to be emission tested because it showed "not ready" . My OBDII reader shows 2 IMs as not complete, the Evap Monitor Sys and Secondary Air Sys. I don't have any DTCs set. I had the battery disconnected for some work last week, but I've driven over 100 miles in various conditions since then. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get the drive cycle to set these tests as complete?

Thanks

You have to drive it at highway speeds etc to get the readiness to set as I recall..

Well, I've done driving up to 80 Mph, stop and go city driving, etc for over 100 miles. Hasn't cleared yet.

I just had mine waived for the same reason. O2 and catalyst 'not ready'.
