OT: Wooohoo..I didn't know the A8 can do all that stuff...just watched "The Transporter II"....
Read with caution: Steam valve just got off ;-)
Based on a Friends suggestion to watch the movie, I decided to rent it real quick.....and it is returned already, what a piece of cr.... (you know what).
I cannot even imagine that Audi is so desperate of selling the A8 through such badly made display.
"I Robot" was SciFi but had by all means way more class....
Since Cars play a major role in this movie, somehow I found it a bit embarrassing for the Brand name....but hey - whatever.
Also the little "joke" on Porsche isn't well received IMHO (the Hero wrecked a highjacked cab and in return the Cab driver keeps a Porsche and puts a Taxi sign on it).
And then the A8 - holy shniky....spirales through the Air, jumping between Buildings....and landing safely of course w/o a scratch ;-)
Hollywood has done it again....The fast and furious in Luxury style...but I guess they are really running out of ideas, at least good ideas ;-)
Sorry had to write off the Steam, but as a proud Audi owner for Years I can't believe the Brand gave his blessing for this neither funny nor amusing "CGI made" action movie.
