Noticed you show a Passport 8500 Hardwired on your list of mods. Do you have that rigged up above your rearview mirror or where is it mounted? I'm thinking about one of the new x50 verions of the 8500 but definitely want to hardwire it!

Thanks for any help/suggestions. Suppose I ought to hit the 'search' button as well, I'm headed there now.

Yeah it sits via clip above my rv mirror and is wired to the left along the header, down the A piller to the fuse box on the inside of the dash. It is a new X50 and works great. So Far. Good luck it is a PIA in install cause the tollerances are so tight.
