Default Paging uber_ar....

First, when I dropped my allroad off at the dealer yesterday, the sales guy who sold me my car loved the Moto Bluetooth install. Thanks again.

Second- as a followup to the HP2 question.... You said you'd done it before the BBK. Is it truly a bolt on? Do the brake lines and brake pad sensor brackets all line up too? Or will I need to bend new brake lines. Getting car back this afternoon so will probably do the HP2 conversion later this week. Just need to decide on which pads I want to run- Hawk HPS, EBC Green, Pagid.

Thanks.

Voice control - always a hit!!!!

The calipers are a bolt up. Same lines used for HP2 as crappy calipers. You should feel a much better pedal after the upgrade. Pay attention to the bleeding procedure for the car (check your bentley).

Default Cool. Thanks.

Now if I could figure out how to increase the volume on the phone...... these Razr's don't have enough volume on Bluetooth. doesn't matter if it's the car or the headset, not loud enough. Maybe it's just these old ears going away after years of racing unmuffled cars.

Default Did you connect the Speaker outputs to the radio or the line level?

I have found the speaker output on the IHF1000 is better and gives a much larger volume range than the line level. If it the phone itself... thats a different issue!!!

Default I used the orange and blue line out wires. Guess I need to get back under the dash

and rewire using the speaker wires. Assume you're referring to the pair with the remote speaker plug on it? IIRC, yellow and black wires. Can probably get it redone in 1/2 hour if that's the wires you're suggesting. Thanks

Exactly what Im talking about. That output (speaker) has way more gain than the line level.
