Passenger door doesn't stay closed. Any suggestions?
I can't get the front passenger door on my '01 ar to stay closed and last week my wife had to tie it closed with rope. A local mechanic "changed the codes" (whatever that means) and the door stayed shut for a week. But the problem has returned. I think it may be a faulty latch.
Your help would be appreciated as the car goes out of warranty in just 30 miles!
