RE-done...
... and a little better, if I do say so myself.
'amber' tint removed, and hue adjusted to a tint reflecting the existing green of grass on current wheels. Contrast levels bumped (black point set higher, white point set lower, mid point raised). Source image retouched to remove 'dent' in new rim, image skewed for vanishing point perspective.

I'm dissappointed that angle is so much greater in car, so wheels don't appear to have much depth, but should give you a look at it.

Ah whatevea...
I did that in under 30 seconds (including uploading it to my own server). Yes yes, I could have done the hue/saturation as well (reduce yellows only) but you lost clarity in your process and the result is your rear wheel is now too blured.

You both are great (don't you love competitive people?) What do you think?
The wheel is reminiscent of the Carlsson 1-5 which has always been one of my favorites. This is an 18x8 Rondell from WheelExchange. 24 lbs vs allroad twin spoke 29 lb.
Just can't decide on a new wheel. And new tires will be here next week.

Placin' rims is simple...
...it's all about doin' a little distortin' in tha P-shop.
As you can see with the pics Carbon and I did, however, the biggest problem with a quick job is that you lose all of the cool depth that you see when you change perspective on a real wheel. Turning and distorting them in Pshop can make those rims look wickedly flat.
(shrug)
You can take the rim apart on different layers and float different components to different depths, but that take a long time to comp up (and not look like a half-assed job).
