Quattro 4000 CS Drive shaft and Bearing
Has anyone had trouble with the carrier bearing on the Quattro 4000? Mine has a very distinct 'PING' during deceleration and there is a vibration under the front seats. I have had a couple shops look at it, they range from exhaust to the driveshaft. I can find no marks from rubbing/knocking on the underside. Love the car, get 38mpg/hwy and its great in the snow. REALLY want to figure this out...
