Default what are you trying to accomplish?

the quattro system already has edl and traction control. It is built for light offroading ie.. sand, gravel, mud, brush etc.

My alroad gets stuck in loose sand.I had a VW thing with LSD and given that its lighter I was able to navegate better with it in sand than with the allroad(as a point of comparison)

Strictly speaking yes but at a given time ,my understanding is, you have power directed to one wheel only. Correct me if I m wrong

Have you tried a better tire? Usually that is the where traction fails.

There is a low ratio (-50%) gearbox option on the manual 6 speed.

I have pirellis,my experience here is that, short of paddles on wheels, the more agresive the thread the quicker the vehicule digs itself in

Supposedly the use of brake with power will cause EDL to distribute torque more evenly.
