For my previous 1.8T B6, I had upgraded the N75 to J version. I'm wondering for our AR 2.7T, is there any bettre N75 can be upgraded to give the car a bit more boost?

just get an Manual boost controller.

Assuming you are chipped.

manual boost controller will result in a CEL. because the requested vs actual boost will not match.
