when I run the rear washer/wiper I can hear the water spraying somewhere inside the driver side rocker panel and then it drips out the bottom, none ever makes it to the rear window. Any body ever had this happen?

I had the exact same thing happen but I have not been able to fix the problem. I've got a feeling the remedy will only be found by pulling panels and carpet until the hose is located.

Does anybody have any idea of where the routing for the washer fluid line may be?

and didn't see any clear way to get to the hose, its definitely in the rocker panel as the water drips out of two drain holes in underside of the rocker and there were tiny amounts of water on the inside under the carpet around some small cutouts, none of which are big enough to see what's in there. The next attempt will be to pull the plastic trim under the rocker (lots of torx screws) to see what's there. I'll post more if I have any luck, otherwise its going to the dealer (still under CPO warr.)

replaced the entire assembly which includes the rear wiper motor and pump. All under warranty.
