replaced a bad TCM on an 04 A4 and still having shift issues
Replaced the TCM ,had the dealer flash , drove home and ran fine until I noticed the D light was not lit and it was flickering , also reverse lights stayed on the whole way home (son following) once car was turned off and restarted I noticed the no reverse issue once again but not as bad, what else could be the issue? Shift lock solenoid or trans linkage?
