RS6 Wheels on allroad?

RS6 Wheels on allroad?
I got a 2004 Allroad 2.5TDi.
I picked up a set of OE 9 spoke RS6 wheels - 18x8.5J ET30... (I think they are the same as the old B5 RS4?) I plan on fitting these with 10mm spacers.
Now what tyres do I put on? Obviously the narrower I go, the cheaper it'll be, but I don't want it to look silly.
Will I get away with 235/50R18, or do I need to go up to 245/45R18?

Re: I used 15mm spacers w/ 245/45/18 on my 18x8.5 RS6 replicas
what was the offset on those wheels? I'm looking at some 18x8.5 wheels with ET35 and was going to try and figure out if it would work and what spacers I'd need.

My wheels are ET 30. With ET 35 you can buy the H&R DRA 20mm spacers..
These are the spacers that you bolt on to the car and you bolt the wheels to the spacers.
