S6 mirrors on allroad? Do they fit? Where to get 'em?
Howdy:
anybody know if the s6 metallic mirrors will fit my 01 allroad? If so, whats the best source to get 'em? my dealer wants $812 each.

The S6 mirrors on ebay were just the housings...
... different mirror shape would necessitate new mirrors, too. Only a guess on my part, but guts probably are the same.
I like the 'mirrors-as-brightwork" look, though, so would probably just opt to just have the allroads' chromed.
Similar look, a little easier.
Just my $.02... YMMV.

Did anybody ever hook up the metal covers for the allraod mirrors?
I recall posts regarding an aftermarket S6 look metal cover the allroad mirrors....am i correct, and did the ever materialize?
