Suppliers in my area were having trouble getting them and they were a mo leadtime:(
so I'm going all-season with the Kumho Exsta's...in my area I wasn't sure the WR would be enough of a true snow/ice tire, but I did contemplate using it all season, if I could have easily obtained it. FWIW

info.....
225/45/17s are correct for my C. the rears are bigger & it's a staggered set-up. for winter the front 225s can be mounted on the rears too.
I was a couple bucks off...pulled my invoice, it's 159 per tire.

They are OK on a quattro in the Mid-Atlantic region...
... however if one lives in the snowbelt or drives a 2WD car or both he might be better off with the RSI.
Last winter I drove on WR and they were OK on my S6 with Torsens both in the centre and in the rear. They are are similar in winter performance to the NRW on my old quattro. However they are no match to the Hakka-1 on my wife's old quattro. Her current Allroad with the open diff in the back will be getting the RSI or the Hakka-2 this winter, I haven't decided which ones yet.
