Suspension height when parked?
Hi everyone.
My '01 Allroad sometimes (most of the time) automaticly goes up to level 3 when parked. Is this normal?
I'am pretty sure it did not do this before, but became like this after some work had been done at it at the local VW/Audi-dealer. They say its supposed to be like this, but is it really?
I find level 1 and 2 as normal height during normal driving conditions, and at level 3 it looks really high when parked outside a shop etc.
I have VCDS equipment, but I have no idea if it is possible to adjust this.
No fault codes, exept for this:
00775 Level Control System Sensor; Right Rear (G77)
57-00 Electric Circuit Failure
but thats probably not related, looking for a bad wire someplace, found one already. If anyone know where the wires are connected (opositt end from wheel sensor) I would be happy, then I can Ohm the wires to see if they are ok.
Thanks for any input, and a great forum, Found loads of help here already.
Regards,
Tommy, Norway

The short answer is yes, it is normal for it to park at level 3 but there are ways around it if you want it to park at a different level.
Check out this write up on the allroad suspension. See page 11 for your answer.
