Danny (KMD) handed me a new N75 Wastegate bypass regulator valve, European Version ;-) to trick the ECU a bit and get more PSI through the Turbo System.

While replacing some of the smaller Vacuum hoses around the DV's, I've also installed this Valve to see if and how it would perhaps add a bit fun to the ride.

The very first run was the last run for today.....SHHHHHHHHIIIIIIZZZZZ...she is sucking Air like an old Hoover.

From what I could see for whatever brief moment on the initial run, the N75 is a darn nice improvement (if the car can handle it).
She is still drivable but for sure not fun or competitive :-(

So for now it's back to troubleshooting to find the whistle source.
Maybe I really need to invest into a set of SAMCO hoses after all, fixing one end keeps breaking another end.
Now let's wait and see how the car runs with this Valve......this mod must have totally slipped my attention because it's a realtive easy DIY.

not luck in getting full pressure. And this morning the car made a start up sound I've never heard before, actually a scary kind of noise that went away after 15 seconds.....I'll need to record that.
