I was wondering, i had issues with my air suspension system. It was stuck on level one for about 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden it starting working again after this load noise. So for now its running normal. I was wondering, can i remove the fuse or the relay so i can keep the car at level 2 or 3 for good?

anyway lose the fuse, and it wont stay level
if it drops to the bump stops . . .

There are probably air leaks from the air spring system. Check fault codes

You could check the level sensors on your suspension arms. I cant imagine what would make a large noise then the suspension start working again unless something was caught up in one of the leveling sensors.

The noise can also come from a broken compressor
