Is there a fuse that runs the cig. ligter for front and rear passangers?

Default Is there a fuse that runs the cig. ligter for front and rear passangers?
My little girl stuck a penny in the lighter and it doesnt work anymore.

The one in the cargo compartment does still work. The one in front and for rear passangers wont.

Easy fix or am I screwed. Dont smoke but need for phone charger.

Default Is the button to prevent rolling down rear windows activated?
It turns off the rear cig lighter as well

#33 15 amp is for both lighters

Default the window lock button stopped working a month after I bought the car.
So I dont really know if it worked before.
