Default 2001 with freakin' 34K??? That's an overly driven, probably abused car... and...

And considering it only has 14K warranty left, I'd steer clear. Also, if Audi is have some sort of financing special, it probably would be best to just get a new 2002. Dealers rarely discount as much as they should... and financing a used car usually costs more than a new car.

If you try to sell it back, they tell you it depreciates 40% when you drive it home. When they try to sell it to you, somehow it miraculously only depreciated 15% or so.

Good luck to you either way... just be careful.

Of course, those must be 'highway miles' ;-)

Default Could be a good deal...if discounted enough...Audi-Assured should get you well past the 50k mark...

although I guess 2 years won't get you too far past. Highway miles likely...probably some salesguy or something. Not too bad, if everything looks good and doesn't look worn.
How much?

I say $34k.

Default You can drive 40K miles a year without abusing a car.

I can't speak for the car in question, but high mileage doesn't necessarily mean the car is abused. As a sales rep, my last 4 cars (2 A4's, 1 Passat & 1 Accord) all went over 180k miles without a major repair. A friend with an S4 needed a new clutch at 15K. That's abuse.
