throttle delay
IS there any fix for the minor throttle delay (<1sec..) on the 2.7 automatic? From a dead stop it seems like there is just a small delay before the engine revs. I saw it mentioned here before, any thoughts?

Some like it hot, some like it cold, not all here see it as a weakness..
It seems some of us suffer it more than others. I find it really exciting. You're at the light, in the intersection, you see a break in traffic, turn the wheel, hit the gas, nada, sh....t, I'm gonna die, hit the gas harder, boom, tranny locks & you're gone. Adrenaline pumping. Can't wait 'til next time. uber_ar is the BTL guru. There are fixes, but they aren't cheap. As everyone with a TIP will tell you, you will adjust. I have. My wife does not see the problem because she drives differently (read... slow). Speeding up, to fit in a hole changing lanes, is better done in the manual mode for me. Downshift first, get the RPM's up than go when possible. Feel the force....

I barely notice it now
you see the gap appraoching, take foot off brake, tap gas, break is in front of you by now, stomp the gas --> immediate response.
