Warranty Gold Seeks Reorganization - Blames Audi Turbos

After paying $600,000 in claims for blown Audi turbos, and facing an equal amount of unpaid claims, Warranty Gold threw in the towel. "Our customers were getting back their $2,500 premium payment, on average, less than seventeen minutes after paying it. We lost thousands on each A6 and S4 customer, and we were unable to make it up in volume," said Cletus Orangemarlin, Chief Underwriter for Warranty Gold, who added,"and what the hell is a 'chip' anyway?" An SEC inquiry has been initiated.

Exactly... they filed for bankrupcy, but the release was a joke that a lot of people missed...

Well.. given I just had new turbos put in.. you can see why I fell for it.. :-)

...now for over a year! I had them when I had my ML320 with it's band of problems - that's why I sold. To boot - WG went belly up and I'm still waiting for my class action to come clean...yeh right - I'll never see my $1200.
