A different grille would be nice
Euro headlamp housings
and um... a English right hand drive do it yourself kit.

European headlights for the allroad!
 

& ABT stuff.

Smoked taillights

Low range for manual transmission

and a rear spoiler/air-dam that gets some air to the back window without looking like a parasail in tow...
